When will my purchase be shipped? TOP

Our current shipping time is within two weeks after your order and payment are received - however we often complete your custom-made-to-order much sooner.  However, if you definitely require a shorter timef rame, please email us to discuss an expedited order.  All items are carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping option you designated during checkout.  If your purchase is a gift we can ship it directly to the recipient with a gift message that you designate at checkout.

Do you have a Return Policy? TOP

We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unused, non-personalized new items purchased.  Returns must come with all original materials. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

What are the care instructions for your products? TOP

Each product pages lists the care instrcutions specific to the item.  Generally, our items are 100% Cotton Care: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach.

Can your products be shipped as gifts? TOP

Our collections make wonderful one-of-a-kind gifts!  Please see the Gift Ideas page for some unique gift pairing ideas.  We are happy to ship your purchase directly to the gift recipent and will enclose a gift message that you may designate during checkout.

What form of payment do you accept? TOP

We currently accept Paypal payments, Checks and Money Orders.  If you do not have a Paypal account – you can create one during checkout.   See our Store Policies for more information. If you live locally and prefer to pay with cash please email your order and arrange payment directly.
