Embroidery service policies

If you live in the Phoenix area or surrounding communities, Three Purple Pigs offers custom embroidery on items a customer provides and purchases from a retailer of their choice.  Polices are outlined below:

1. As of January 1st, 2010 the rate for a single embroidery design that requires 1 hooping is $10.00.  Additional designs and hoopings are charged at the same rate regardless if it is on the same garment.

2.  Goods accepted for embroidery must be removed from packaging (bags, pins, etc) prior to being left with Three Purple Pigs. In doing so, Three Purple Pigs expects customers to inspect their goods for material defects.

3. The customer assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. Three Purple Pigs will not replace customer-supplied goods if this occurs. Please note that Three Purple Pigs will take the best possible care with supplied goods. However, any machine is subject to occasional malfunctions. Three Purple Pigs reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-supplied goods.

4. Three Purple Pigs liability for any direct damages of any kind will not exceed an amount equal to the amount paid by client to Three Purple Pigs for the order.
