Payment
We accept Paypal, Checks and Cash. If you choose to pay via Paypal, but do not have a Paypal account – you can create one during checkout. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes!
Shipping
Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 - 3
days. Although the United States Postal Service states that Priority Mail is
usually delivered within 2-3 days of mailing, this is not guaranteed by either
the United States Postal Service or Three Purple Pigs. This is especially true
during peak mailing periods such as the middle and end of December.
Please be advised that Three Purple Pigs can not be
responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged shipments that occur in
transit. If you want to guarantee
the arrival of your package(s), we suggest adding signature confirmation and/or
insurance to your order. Please email this request to info@threepurplepigs.com. In the event that a package is delayed for
circumstances out of our control we cannot offer a refunds for the product or
the shipping. Due to high order volume, my current production time is 2 to 2 1/2weeks. Shipping is an additional 2-5 days. We often complete your custom-made-to-order much sooner. However, if you definitely require a shorter time frame, please email us to discuss an expedited order. There is also a rush order link on the homepage. All items are carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping option you designated during checkout. If your purchase is a gift we can ship it directly to the recipient with a gift message that you designate at checkout.
Returns/Remakes
If your item has not yet shipped or reached the
creation stage, we can refund your purchase. However, due to the personal
nature of our items, once the order begins the creation process (typically 24
hours after order), there are no refunds on customized purchases. We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unused, non-personalized items purchased. Returns
must come with all original materials. Once the item is received, we
will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded. If
the return is due to our error, we will refund the purchase price plus
shipping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! I cannot accept items for return, or remake items at no
charge to the customer unless they are found to be defective in materials or
construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling
errors). I am not liable for mistakes made on the customers` part, including but
not limited to, sizing, personalization or color selection. If a product is defective or damaged, it must be returned or you must contact
me regarding a remake within 3 days of delivery . Please e-mail me for return
shipping instructions. Any returns sent without prior authorization may be
refused.Remakes are subject to time constraints and if I am unable
to remake an item that is defective due to my fault a refund will be issued.
Sizing
I make every effort to utilize our premier supplier,
American Apparel. However, there
are many times I rely on local retailers for garment blanks because there is
not enough turn around time to order from my supplier, or my usual supplier is
out of the garment needed. I try
to find the best quality garments possible. Because I use a variety of retailers the sizing information
varies. Please be aware of this
when you place your order. Three Purple Pigs does not guarantee the fit of a customized
item. If you are unsure about what
size you should order for your child or the recipient please contact me prior
to ordering so I can offer advice and suggestions. In many instances it is better to go bigger as the child
will grow quite a bit in short time frame.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if construction has not begun by e-mailing
sales@bullfrogsandbutterfliesboutique.com. In most cases, processing begins
within 24 hours of your order, so I will do my best to cancel your order within
that time. Bullfrogs and Butterflies Boutique reserves the right to
cancel any order. I will do my best to complete your transaction as ordered,
but if I am unable to, I will refund your order, or apply your purchase price
to another product within my store.
