Payment
We accept Paypal, Checks and Cash. If you choose to pay via Paypal, but do not have a Paypal account – you can create one during checkout. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes!
Shipping
DUE TO HIGH HOLIDAY DEMAND - our current production & shipping time is 2 weeks. We often complete your custom-made-to-order much sooner. However, if you definitely require a shorter time frame, please email us to discuss an expedited order. All items are carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping option you desingated during checkout. If your purchase is a gift we can ship it directly to the recipient with a gift message that you designate at checkout.
Return Policy
We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unused, non-personalized items purchased. Returns must come with all original materials. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
