We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. If you chose to pay by Credit Card, you information is collected over an secure server and your information will remain protected. If you prefer to pay via Paypal, but do not have a Paypal account – you can create one during checkout. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes! Shipping Our current shipping time is within one week after your order and payment are received - however we often complete your custom-made-to-order much sooner. However, if you definitely require a shorter timeframe, please email us to discuss an expedited order. All items are carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping option you desingated during checkout. If your purchase is a gift we can ship it directly to the recipient with a gift message that you designate at checkout. Return Policy We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unused, non-personalized items purchased. Returns must come with all original materials. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping.
